This Education Pack is based on an excavation that took place in 2017 at the site of the ancient church of All Hallows, Inchinnan, Renfrew.
This multi-media project involved excavation, geophysics, photography and historical research and the results have been made available in this Education Pack for Primary Schools.

There is also a downloadable PowerPoint presentation, containing slides to introduce the different themes covered in the Education Pack and accompanying Topic Worksheets, which can be printed off and used in the classroom.

Section 1 is about Archaeology as a subject.

Sections 2-5 focus on local history/archaeology of the site of ‘All Hallows’ and are presented in chronological order. Each section contains activities targeting different learning styles and offers opportunities to link with different curricular areas.

Section 6 is on the ‘World of Work’, introducing different careers in heritage.
