January meeting – The impact of the 1832 Cholera epidemic on Inchinnan.

The current pandemic is not the first to have impacted our local area.  There was a major outbreak of Cholera in Scotland in 1832.  In Inchinnan, a committee of health was formed to try and cope with the health crisis. Our fascinating talk this month by one of our committee members focuses on this outbreak and the local efforts to stop the spread of the disease.
